Privacy Policy
The service replies to comments and direct messages on a connected Instagram professional account, following a scenario written by the account owner.
Who processes the data
The service «Repetitor.tech Auto Replies» (OpenReply), operated at dm.repetitor.tech by the Repetitor.tech team. Questions about personal data go to the address in the Contact section below.
Data we collect
From the account owner: email address used to sign in, workspace name, the identifier of the connected Instagram professional account, the access token issued by Meta, and the campaigns and scenarios the owner creates.
From people who write to that account: the Instagram-scoped user id, the username, the text of the comment or direct message, the answers they give to the scenario, and the tags, fields and counters the account owner defined in their own scenario. All of it arrives from the Meta platform in response to an action by that person — a comment on the account's media or a message to the account.
We do not collect passwords, contact lists, follower lists, or any data about people who never interacted with the connected account.
Why we use it
To deliver the reply the account owner configured, to avoid sending it twice, to show the owner the conversation and its statistics, to investigate failures, and to protect the service from abuse. Data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used to build advertising profiles or to train models.
Platform access
The service uses the official Instagram API with Instagram Login. Passwords are never requested or stored, and no browser automation or scraping is used. The access token is stored encrypted and is used only for actions the account owner authorised: reading comments on their own media, reading and sending direct messages in conversations that person started, and reading basic account information.
The account owner can disconnect at any time in Settings; the stored token is deleted immediately and every scenario for that account stops.
Where data is stored
On our own server, together with the database and the job queue. Sign-in emails are sent through the Repetitor.tech mail host. No advertising or analytics vendor has access to conversations.
How long we keep it
Conversations and delivery logs are kept while the account owner uses the service. Disconnecting an account deletes the stored connection and its token at once. Everything else is deleted on request — see Data Deletion. Backups are overwritten within seven days.
Your rights
Anyone can ask what data of theirs we hold and request correction or deletion, whether or not they are an account owner. Write to the contact address; we answer within thirty days.
