Data Deletion
Two ways: disconnect the Instagram account yourself, or ask us to delete everything.
Disconnect the account
Sign in, open Settings and press Disconnect next to the account. The stored connection and the access token are deleted immediately, and every scenario and campaign for that account stops replying.
Delete everything
Write to info@repetitor.tech from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your workspace. We delete conversations, delivery logs, scenarios, the tags and fields stored about people, all connections and the account itself. We answer within thirty days.
If you wrote to a business
A person who messaged a business using our service — and is not the account owner — may also request deletion. Write to the same address with your Instagram username and the account you were talking to; we will find the records and delete them.
Confirmation
We send an email once the deletion is done. Backups are overwritten within seven days, after which no copy remains there either.
