Terms of Service
What the service does, what it deliberately does not do, and what the account owner is responsible for.
The service
The service replies to comments on your own media and to direct messages sent to your Instagram professional account, following a scenario you write. Access is granted after we confirm your request; the price is 990 RUB per connected account per month.
Your account
You may connect only an account you own or are authorised to manage. Whoever writes the message texts, links and scenarios is responsible for them.
Platform rules
By using the service you agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines and applicable law: no spam, no misleading people, no collecting data by deception. We may throttle sending, stop a scenario or disconnect an account that puts people or the service at risk, or that breaks platform rules.
What the service will not do
It does not message people outside the window the platform allows, does not work around platform limits, and does not guarantee delivery of any particular message — the platform may refuse a send under its own rules.
Availability
The service depends on third-party systems — the platform, mail, hosting. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not promise it, and are not liable for lost profit caused by failures on the platform side.
Termination
You can disconnect the account in Settings at any time and request deletion of your data. We may end access if these terms are broken, with notice where possible.
